PAYMENT POLICY
Services need to be paid for by the invoiced date. You can pay Eftpos at your meet and greet or supply us with proof of payment 48 hours prior to your booking. If you haven’t paid for your service, we are unable to complete your job.
We accept cash & Eftpos.

CANCELLATIONS
You must notify us if you wish to cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the booking. Please notify us within the 48-hour period If you wish to receive your full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a 50% refund. 
If you “no show” to a booking your money will not be refunded.

INSURANCE & SAFETY
Bella Pooch is fully insured.
If your pet becomes ill, displays signs of abnormality whilst in the care of Bella Pooch, your pet will be assessed and taken to the closest vet or your regular vet depending on the circumstance. You will be contacted as soon as safely possible. Your pet will be in supervised and in dedicated care but if an accident occur, Bella Pooch will not be liable for any financial costs.

PET BEHAVIOUR
You must notify us if your pet is fearful, has severe anxiety or any type of reactiveness. This is so we can determine the best outcome for your pet and ensure the safety not only for the pet but for our animal handlers.

HOME VISITS
Home visits include a tidy and disinfection of your pet’s home, feeding, refreshing water, play and/or walk time, plant watering, mail and bin collection. Any other special instruction must be noted on your form or discussed with us.
Bella Pooch will collect your keys at the meet and greet. If you wish to request your keys personally collected and dropped to you, Bella Pooch will charge for travel and time.
Bella Pooch provides all cleaning products, so you don’t need to. The only thing we use is your water supply and maybe a broom to clean up.

DOG WALKS
Your dog will be supervised and encouraged to check in with the walker regularly. Your dog will also be encouraged to respond to whistle recall, if off leash.
Natural treats and access to regular water are supplied on all walks. Please notify us if you have a dog with allergies or special dietary requirements.
While your dog is in Bella Pooch care, they will be encouraged to feel safe, have fun and display positive social behaviour.

ADD ON SERVICES
Add on services include nail clipping and bathing. If your pet is too anxious or too dangerous to bath or cut their nails, we don’t go ahead with the job. Add on services are only an add on service, they are not sold separately.

PHOTO/MEDIA 
From time to time, Bella Pooch will take pictures of your pet and share it on our website or social media. Please notify us if you don’t want this to happen.
