REFUNDS policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible.

Cancellations: Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel a booking.

Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund.

  • If we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling

  • We kindly encourage rescheduling rather than cancelling whenever possible. We’re always happy to find a new time that works for you.

How to Change or Cancel Your Appointment:

  • If your booking is within 24 hours, please call Liv at 04 01 384 569 so we can assist you as soon as possible.

  • For changes or cancellations more than 24 hours in advance, you can call, text Liv at 04 01 384 569 or email us at bellapoochies@gmail.com.
